General Polycarbonate Solid Sheet

General PC Solid Sheet is made of Bayer Makrolon polycarbonate resin.

General PC Solid Sheet Product  features:

1. Excellent Light Transmitting, with its rate up to 88%.

2.Impact resistance, with its impact strength 250-300 times stronger than ordinary glass, and 30 times than acrylic plate of the same thickness.

3.Aging resistance, one co-extruded UV layer of 50 microns thickness blocking ultraviolet rays from passing through.

4.Fire-retardant, with its self-ignition up to 580°C.

5.Light weight, with the weight only half of ordinary glass, easy to install, transport and unload.

6.Energy-saving, thermal insulation 7% -25% higher than that of the ordinary glass, making building cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

7.Adapt to the larger temperature difference, no significant change between -40 °C and 120 °C.

8.Hot formability, easy to shape according to the customer’s requirement.

9.Guarantee, providing 10 years quality warrant.
